Summary: The Group was briefed to bomb the airdrome at Gutersloh, Germany, but the weather again made this impossible. 10/10ths cloud cover necessitated a search for targets of opportunity, and strike photos showed that the Group had hit the important rail and industrial center of Ahlen. No enemy aircraft were encountered, and only meager and inaccurate flak was met around the region of Hamm.
