Kenneth Watters (my grandfather)

I would like to get in touch with anyone who knew or served with my grandfather, S/Sgt Kenneth (Ken) Watters who served in the 401st/612th Bomb Sq. To my knowledge, he was a tailgunner who severed in combat from 9/44-2/45. I don't know which crew he served with nor the name of the B-17. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Couldn't find him on my 612th crew lists (or 614th) but will keep looking. Once you know the crew, you can check the crew page for missions, airplanes, etc. Will be able to help you further if I find him.

I too have searched all 4 squadrons without coming up with a match. I will try and look at some of the other info I have.
